Hi Jason,

My name is Jim Sinicki. I’m an editorial portrait photographer located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and for the past 5 years I’ve been trying to get you in for a portrait. Whenever you come to Milwaukee I send emails and messages on social media only to receive no response (I get it you’re a busy man, it comes with the territory). While most people would give up, I’m not most people. I’m to stubborn… some would stay too stupid… to give up.

I recently got in touch with Cory who was kind enough to meet up with me and allow me to photograph him before one of his shows. I knew I had to take a chance and ask him if he could help facilitate a meet up.

I know you have a date coming up in Chicago at the Salt Shed. I would love nothing more than the opportunity to come down and create a portrait with you. I’m not asking for anything additional in return. I don’t want an autograph, I don’t want backstage passes, I don’t want monetary compensation, I don’t even want a ticket to the show, I just want the opportunity for a quick 5 - 10 minute portrait.

Below I’ve added several galleries of my work. If you like what you see and are interested I’ll hop in my car and drive from Milwaukee to Chicago to make this happen. My style is high contrast portraits with competent lighting. I like to tell people I create portraits for people who give a damn.
