Thank you for choosing Charlie James Photo. Getting married can be stressful, chaotic, and overwhelming. I’ve been married for 13 years myself and I still remember all the planning going into it. The dates, the payments, the… UGGH. All of it. The good news is This is the fun part. Engagement photos are all about relaxing and being in each other’s company. Like I said on the phone, I’m about as easy going as it gets when it comes to photographers, because I realize this is all supposed to be fun. I know you guys aren’t used to having your photos taken, but don’t worry we’re still going to make sure you look great!

This is your official client portal, here you’re going to find all of the information you need (and if you don’t see it, text or call me). I can not wait to meet you both next weekend. We’re going to have so much fun!

Contract that states that you are aware you’re being photographed and/or filmed. I own the images and can use them on my website, social media, and ad campaigns. You own the rights to do with the images whatever you want as long as it’s not for commercial use.

I love my clients, they’re the best, but like everyone else in this world I got bills to pay. I don’t work for free (trust me, I would if I could). Please go over the payment schedule and make the payments on time, including the 20% retainer.

PRINTS

I do not require my clients to buy print work from me. If you want prints of your work you are free to take the images anywhere you would like. HOWEVER, I do offer print on demand services for my clients. My prints do cost a little more than a Walgreens, CVS, or Costco. but the quality is much higher and your photos will last much longer.
